On the first day, I was motivated to start the project. There was zero physical activity in these two years. It took a while for my body to adjust to it. Ten minutes into the exercise and I was exhausted. I had no stamina, and I lost all my hope at the end of those 30 minutes.

Aww it’s ok, it is totally normal to feel that way starting out. It is important you keep trying and one day it will just be a routine.
