I have decided to time my major breaks away from all kinds of work to three times a day. My first break would be to eat lunch at 12:00pm away from my desk to avoid working during my downtime. My second break would be getting some fresh air and exercise for 30 minutes to an hour. My third break would be relaxing on the couch, watching TV. I find these are around the times I start feeling anxious as I should be either finished certain tasks or at least almost completing tasks.
