For my 14-day wellness project, my goal is to observe how exercise affects my anxiety level. For this project, I will perform aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, three times a week. I will record the exercise frequency and time in my note for 14 days. I have gotten my workout tools ready and looking forward to the possibility of being able to manage my anxiety.
