For the duration of my 14 day experiment, my goal is to observe how mentally reflecting on positive aspects of my day affects my anxiety levels over time. What needs to be done? By expanding my mind and actively noticing things, events, interactions, and feelings which bring me joy, I will attempt to turn my gaze towards a more positive outlook on my day-to-day life; trying not to get stuck in an overwhelmed state of stress and dread.
