I’ve resolved to concentrate on my happiness, which will help me improve my overall well-being. This step 2 represents how I encouraged myself to go to the gym five days a week instead of just a few days or optional because I was lazy. Avoid junk food, gradually build self-esteem and confidence, prioritize happiness over everything, and concentrate more on myself.
