This is a picture of me on a daily basis. It shows me very foggy headed not being able to think properly. The only thing I can think about is sleeping so I can forget everything that gives me anxiety. it shows me going on my phone so I don’t have to think about anything else. On the right side, it has food and homework and both of them are things that I put off because it gives me anxiety. I think if I start to give myself time to relax I can start to calm that anxiety.
