When I first calculated my average anxiety levels after turning my phone off for two hours almost every day for 14 days, I was disappointed to see there was not much of a decrease. However, looking at the individual points on my graph, I can see so much evidence that this practice was beneficial for my wellbeing! On the one day I forgot to turn my phone off, my anxiety skyrocketed, indicating that my anxiety is much higher when I don’t limit my screen time. Overall, my anxiety stayed pretty low, at an average of 2.3/5, and it did decrease slightly over the 14 days.

I like how you didn’t give up after not seeing much change in your anxiety for 14 days. It is encouraging to see how you didn’t lose hope because at the end it helped with your overall wellbeing.

Thank you so much! I’m curious to see how it affects my anxiety over a longer period of time.

First of all you have great skills!
You are so truthful , but in my case i would say that whenever I turn my phone off , i feel more productive and do more than when im with my phone . I think you should continue doing this practice you will see great results .

Thank you so much!
And thank you for the words of encouragement! I agree, I think I definitely stayed more focused when I turned my phone off, so I think I’m going to adjust my practice to focus on productivity rather than anxiety and see if it helps me stay on task as we move into finals week.

It is great how your were able to find the positive affects from your research although your results may have not been what you expected. I adore your colourful comic!
