There are never enough hours in the day. I put a lot of pressure on myself
to finish everything each day to avoid procrastination or falling behind. I
don’t relax or take mental breaks, so it really affects my anxiety and OCD
tendencies, my need to take on everything to help others before taking
care of myself.
