The tensed arm is showing the strength that I am getting after I joined boxing. Because I am measuring anxiety for 14 days I chose boxing as a way of getting rid of the stress ( especially while going in the ring and punching the opposite team as that feels like punching the problems away). In fact, I realized that If I practice it for at least 6 days a week, for 2 hours each day, it will help me fight my anxiety.
