Before doing the wellness practice, I made myself a little checklist to guide me on what to do. First, I would need to find a quiet space which will be easy because I live alone in the tiny house beside our main house. Then, I marked my calendar for the next 14 days starting February 8. I also set the alarm to avoid forgetting to measure my anxiety and do my wellness practice. Lastly, I prepared myself mentally and emotionally. This study makes me so exhilarated.
