I have found during my research that I am putting off doing the yoga practice during the day. Later in the day, I often realize that I have forgotten and end up doing my practice late into the evening or failing to do it at all. To fix this, I am planning on scheduling a specific time to do yoga and setting an alarm so that I do not forget.
