I have been practicing yoga before bed for my wellness practice and after 7 days, I noticed a huge change in how easily I was able to fall asleep. The light stretches and meditation has helped me tremendously to fall asleep quicker, and I think I will integrate this practice as my daily nighttime routine to unwind before bed from now on.
