Due to the obvious pandemic, I was stuck in my room all day, playing video games and being lazy. The lockdown was eventually ended, but I continued to participate in my lazy tendencies by playing video games in my room all day. Until my friend came over one day to encourage me to get some fresh air and exercise,   I would still have been lazy if he hadn’t come and helped, which is why I chose to measure my energy level for this cape project.
