Step #8 – FLY. NEXT “CAPER” – WHERE WILL YOU FLY NEXT?

Yay done! It’s not the end, but this is where the journey begins. I am trying to build the habit of meditating at least four times a week to continue what I started. It has significantly changed my mood and how I function throughout the day. This project is a great pump-up to begin my journey. Let’s go to being the best version of ourselves!

    Great comic! I love that last line you wrote, about being the best versions of ourselves because that is all we can ask ourselves to do and be proud of it. One other way I think of that is to be better today than I was yesterday, and then better tomorrow than today so I am always trying to improve, because all I can ask myself to do is to try at least. Good luck with building your habit and being the best you can be!
