Ever since I finished my experiment I noticed a change in my mood when I sleep early. Even though sleep didn’t really help my anxiety it definitely helped with other stuff. And if I were to do this again I would definitely do a gratitude journal. I feel like that would really help me out if I was going for the same variable like stress or anxiety.
