I’m so glad that I got fruitful results from my research. After performing meditation for 14 days, I’m so motivated to continue this wellness practice in future as well. I found that a person can be mentally healthy by doing this practice. It’s really fascinating. Meditation is therapy to our mind and soul.

I loved your last line, meditation is truly therapy for our mind and soul. This is absolutely true and sometimes we forget the importance of those 2 even though they make up most of who we are. Meditating helps us stay clear, reflect, and plan which can be hard sometimes because of how overwhelming things can feel. I wish you luck on continuing to meditate!
