Step #6 – Flop? Hardest Research Day

During my Get Cape research project I was in the process of moving. There was a lot of work to do, and I was left feeling exhausted and overwhelmed. This made it difficult to gain the motivation and energy needed to complete my yoga practice.

    Wow, I can relate to your stress! I also moved during my wellness project. I hope doing yoga prevented any injury from moving.
