Step #3 – First Day

On the first day of my wellness practice, I felt very happy and proud of myself. I was proud that I was able to complete my whole 1 hour of workout as I promised myself. I thought I would be tired for the rest of the day as I’m not use to working-out, but I was actually feeling very energetic. For my first day I did a simple work-out using dumbbells and did some core exercises on the yoga mat.
