Step #1- BACK STORY

- for my wellness practice I have decided to do yoga and measure happiness. during these 14 days task I am going to do yoga right after wakeup with a fresh mind and will notice my contemplation and feeling without discernment.

STEP #2-GET CAPE: PREPARING FOR CHANGE

for my first day of Wellness practice, it was really hard for me to wake up early in the morning at 7:00 for meditation. But as I started doing it, I felt like relieving from stress and anxiety as it makes me feel better. It was challenging at starting but then it was exciting experience.

STEP #3 – WEAR CAPE: FIRST DAY

it was tough in starting but now its going really well. It helps me to stay happy daily then before. Now I also recommend this technique to my friend also.
