This scene shows my conclusion, which is that over a (much) longer period of time, I do think that the practice of mindfulness meditation could help me to find more substantial calmness. Despite the spots of missing data, I was genuinely surprised that my daily average was only 3, and that my anxiety levels weren’t as stable as I had thought they were before seeing my results. So, in hope, I have concluded that this practice could be beneficial if I continued to practice it.
