My first day was a challenge to close my phone because I needed to use it during my study to translate things. However, I will be on others things like social media. When I closed the phone and started to read the chapter, I found out I was more focused on the reading, and I finished my task faster. Usually, I think I am a slow reader, but I think the things that make me slower are the dispersed I have.
