After the wellness practice, i noticed no difference at all to be honest. It was quite difficult to practice in the first place as sleep is really hard for me to get in general. I think i will carry on trying to accomplish or make something out of this study but during my study it was quite a dull equilibrium of good and bad days.

Sorry to hear that you felt like you had no difference but keep on going with you practice! I too have the same problem and what works for me is going to sleep and waking up at the same time, doing something relaxing like stretching or meditating right before sleep and no screen time for at least 20 minutes before even trying to sleep. Don’t underestimate the importance of sleep so keep going!
