Well my result is quite interesting and amazing. I really wonder how it boosted my happiness level by performing meditation consistently. During the initial days, I used to be stay unhappy but after performing this wellness practice my level of happiness rocketed up. Now my next move is to perform this practice for a long term to stay as a happy person.

It’s great to see that you’re thinking about the long term. Doing these small things like meditating for 10 minutes a day really do have a long term effect on our lives. Continue to do so and add more of these small things into your routine for long term results but of course, start small. Good luck!
