In my comic is me waking up happy, then happy that I worked out, spent time with my family and meditated at night. This day was just one of those days when you wake up and you have this energy that today is going to be a good day and then you make it a good day. I finished everything I wanted and felt very calm the whole day. I made plans, followed through with them and made sure I literally did not have any time to sit and overthink or be anxious about what to do next because I did what I planned and wanted to do. I also meditated every day for a week straight for 10 minutes and I feel like I was feeling the effects of it more over time.
