On 15-2-2021 I was feeling really motivated since the morning as the weather outside was so good and sunny. I started my workout in the morning usually, I did it in the evening. I did it for more than 1 hour and felt so relaxed, calm and confident. Throughout the day I was happy and less anxious as compared to all the other 13 days. It was indeed the best day of that month.
