My average plan followed was 87.5, and was to measure fatigue, but there were a few days where I didn’t follow it so the graph isn’t perfect. It doesn’t show an exact pattern, but the trendline appears to be increasing slightly. I’m not sure what to make of the data; perhaps there is a slight improvement or no change at all. This practice probably didn’t work out for me.
