So, finally my study is done and I am so happy that I finished it on a good note, Honestly I was not expecting such good results, It was an amazing journey full of suspense, ups and downs but I really enjoyed doing this study. In the very staring I was feeling motivated enough but as I witnessed the results I really felt motivated and excited. And I am hoping to be consistent with my exercise routine as well.
