For seven days straight, I have been recording my happiness after successfully writing down the five things I am grateful for. Many days have their ups and downs but I have noticed that my mindset have completely changed. My way of thinking is more on the optimistic and positive side rather than the pessimistic and negative thinking. This method has also helped me so much with happiness.
