Step #4: Halfway

By the mid-point, there was a noticeable change in my
anxiety. I felt much calmer, and my mindfulness smudge
sessions were something to look forward to throughout
the day. Especially when the days were heavy with life.
Mindfulness smudging has given me a chance to find a
peaceful place.
