Now throughout the day, as I experience things, talk with people, and just go about my day, I think of positive things to note down for my wellness practice. My comic is a picture of me working (I’m a cook at White Spot) and thinking of things to note down for my research. I notice that thinking of these positive things makes my day go better. I also notice that it’s easier to think of 5 positive things, and sometimes hard to only note down 5 when I go to do my wellness practice. So, I’d say my research is going really well.
