During these 7 days, I did something during the day to keep me in a good mood, such as playing games, chatting with friends or doing some sports, and by recording I found that staying in a good mood can help me sleep better at night. On day 7, although I only slept 7 and a half hours, I didn’t feel tired when I woke up. I feel that if I continue to keep a good mood and record in the back, I will guarantee that I sleep more than 8 hours a day for the next 7 days.
