In this comic, I am sitting in from of a mirror to try to represent reflection (rather than actually meditating in front of a mirror). I’ve included items that I’ve tried meditating with- a script, an audio- guided meditation, meditation music, and a pillow to be more comfortable. I didn’t use these all at the same time, but I was trying them out. I find myself asking “is this working? Is this peaceful? Am I more peaceful than before? Why can’t I seem to tell the difference?” I expected there to be some noticeable… something, after each practice. I’m looking forward to seeing the actual data at the end because the moments of practice don’t feel much different.
