I am happy that I was able to begin my wellness practice on Tuesday, although I couldn’t do the full time I intended to do because of class which would usually be the case on class days (since I usually go to bed late, so waking up earlier than 6 am is not something that I can do – at least not at the moment, hopefully I can change my sleeping habits in the near future), other that it wasn’t a bad start.
Although I am a bit lit late sometimes, I make sure I get my anxiety levels measured and noted down.
