My first day of Meditation goes well. Here I do meditation of about 15 minutes, though its difficult to concentrate. At the beginning, I was very excited but honestly my last 5 minutes was quite tough and my ultimate goal to remain happy without being anxious makes me to do it till the end. After that I feel a little bit of calmness in my mind which shows that it works for me and this practice is going to benefit me a lot in the future
