During my younger days, I was told by my relative that I am feeble minded person and it was stuck in my mind up to this time. There were lot of times that when I did something wrong, I will always remember that word. And I would tell myself, “Maybe my relative was right.” Because of that, I always have a negative thoughts which will always make me feel sad and not confident to do anything.
That is the reason why I choose Practicing Gratitude and measure my anxiety/calm. I don’t want others to feel what I had felt towards my relative. Words are powerful and saying thank you and nice things will bring a positive outcome to others. I want to bring smile to others just like what I drew.
