Step #2 – Preparing for change

As a science student, I need more than 35 hours per week to study and finish my homework, but with my phone, I usually take more than that and do not finish everything with focus and accuracy. Most of the time, I use my phone to translate, but I find myself opening a Conversation with my friends or Scrolling and social media. However, this step will help me focus on the things I am going to do in my life
