This is a story of the time I had really bad acne all over my face. I used to be in pain all the time. I never wanted to leave my house because I would feel insecure. After some time, I decided to go to a dermatologist. The dermatologist put me on all types of medication to help my acne. The medication was helping but I started to feel sad and depressed. Therefore, I stopped the medication and changed my way of living. I started to workout and drink more water. Working-out helped boost my confidence and made me feel comfortable in my own skin again. Although ever since I got rid of my acne, I stopped working-out and as a result I don’t feel happy with myself. I have now decided to start to exercise everyday for at least 30 minutes so I can be happy with myself.
