After completing this wellness practice I feel like I have grasped the importance of prioritizing taking a break and to focus on myself. Moving forward, I plan on integrating more physical activities into my life, as I was a pretty active person pre-COVID. I wish to resume back to my previously active lifestyle one step at a time!
