Often times, especially with covid and the pandemic, I find myself scrolling through my phone or on my laptop for an unnecessary amount of time. In this image you see me sitting on my chair looking at my phone and there is a dark cloud around me because I get trapped in an entrancement looking at my phone that I lose track of time. My goal is to shut off my phone for an hour between 3pm-5pm and get work done.
