In my comic, there is a person mediating and that’s because that’s the mindful practice I chose. The reason why I chose meditating is because I can get caught up in moments and not look at the bigger picture but I know that meditating can really help with this. Sometimes it’s so easy to overthink or get stuck in your head that you don’t know how to deal with it. Just staying calm, breathing and facing your thoughts can really help with that and change the way you see things which is what I’m hoping to see.
