On the first day,I was in a good mood during the day. At night when
I went to bed, I put my phone out of the room and changed a comfortable pillow, I slept from 10 pm to 7:30 am. This is better than before I hadn’t changed 30 minutes longer sleep time. I think it’s a good start.
