When I was anticipating measuring my levels of anxiety throughout the day… I thought it would be VERY easy. It turns out, when I specifically focus on my anxiety levels in a certain moment, my brain starts to think about the things that I SHOULD be anxious about (making me anxious). So this has been an interesting obstacle to try and avoid — so far I have done well at focusing on my original feeling I was experiencing and not letting my after thoughts/overthinking effect my measurements.
