I chose practicing gratitude everyday for 14 days to measure the changes in my levels of happiness that it casts. The first day went pretty good with me thanking three people for their efforts in making my life easier. The first person was my mother, whom I thanked in the morning followed by my job trainer and then lastly, my friend in India, To put it all together, it was a great day knowing how much these people mean to me and how their little contributions help me in keeping my life sorted out to some extent.
